Brewing suggestion

Pour freshly boiled water over one heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup, cover and infuse for at least five minutes.

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Fridays. You will find your Royal Mail tracking information in the dispatch email. Once dispatched you should expect your delivery within 3 working days.

We currently only ship within the UK only.

Free economy shipping on orders of £45 or over.

Free 1st class shipping on orders of £80 or over.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We hope you love our herbal infusions as much as we enjoy blending them for you. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns provided that the product is in its original sealed condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend you use tracked service as we cannot be responsible for the returns not received. Please email info@thehappyforager.com with a proof of purchase to start the refund or exchange process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
